Stupid miserable idiot

I haven’t exercised for nearly a week now and I feel really bad about it. I’m scared I might just give up so I’m admitting it here, to publicly shame myself into action. James asked me tonight if I had been running, and when I told him I hadn’t he blurted out ‘don’t go back to the stupid, miserable idiot you were before’ which made me laugh so much!! He’s right. I need to get my act together… again!
